Who to contact

Inn Audio Events is responsible for the information you share when enquiring about Inn Audio or Inn Creative services through the Inn Creative Events website. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, email info@innaudioevents.co.uk.

What we collect

Our enquiry form collects your name, email address and the event details you choose to provide, such as the date, venue, service required and your plans. We also receive any further information you send when discussing a quote or booking. Please provide only what is needed for your enquiry and avoid sensitive personal information.

How we use your details

We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange the services you request. Where you are considering or making a booking, this processing is needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to carry out that contract. For other enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our business. Booking records may also be retained where needed to meet legal obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not use this form for automated decisions or profiling.

Who processes your information

The form sends your details through FormSubmit to info@innaudioevents.co.uk. Our email is managed through Google Workspace. These services process information to deliver and store messages. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days; this is separate from the copy delivered to our inbox.

Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. These providers may process information outside the UK; their own terms and privacy information describe their handling of that information. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

Access to enquiries is intended for the team handling your request. We do not sell enquiry details.

How long information is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to answer your request and handle any related follow-up. If you book, relevant records may be needed for delivering the event, payments, accounting requirements or resolving a dispute. The purpose of the record and any applicable legal requirement determine the retention period; information should be deleted when it is no longer needed. You can contact us about the records relating to your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to see your personal information, correct it, delete it, limit its use or receive it in a portable format. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Email info@innaudioevents.co.uk to exercise your rights or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity before sharing personal information.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Cookies and links

We have not added advertising trackers or analytics tools to this website. External services, including form verification and social media links, may apply their own cookie and privacy practices. This notice covers enquiries through this site; event photography and any agreed use of images should be discussed as part of your booking.
